NRG: BE HEALTHY THROUGH DANCE - CD-ROM NRG: Be healthy through dance is a programme of creative dance ideas that directly address the Be Healthy outcome of Every Child Matters.
As well as including practical warm up and cardiovascular ideas, NRG also has creative tasks focused around the workings of the body. It is aimed at 11 – 14 year olds (Key Stage 3) and has cross-curricular links with Science and PHSE. Products are £40 + VAT. There is a total P+P charge of £1.28 + VAT regardless of the quantity ordered. We accept official purchase orders from educational establishments. Dancing Science is a teaching resource packed with creative dance ideas that provide a highly effective and exciting scheme of dance activity for primary schools, whilst simultaneously supporting delivery of the Key Stage 2 science curriculum.
It has been devised to support the delivery of an effective and exciting scheme of dance activity with young people, whilst exploring healthy lifestyle choices. Supported by the Joint Investment Fund for the Arts, it was developed and trialed in nine schools in the Hampshire region, and for the first time the positive impact of dance on young people was quantified in groundbreaking research by the Dance Science Department at Laban.
Wheeller Plays Exemplified is designed to assist Drama GCSE and AS level candidates in the preparation of work for performance to an examiner.
